Welcome to our Shop Policies!
Processing Time:
Please allow up to 5 business days for us to send your order on its way. Each print is printed, packed, and shipped by yours truly.
Reporting Claims/Damage:
Your happiness matters, and we're here to make things right. Report any undelivered packages within 30 days of the shipment date. Report damage or print issues within 30 days of the delivery date. Please contact us with your order number & a brief description, we will request photos and assess if you’re eligible for a refund or replacement. Contact us here
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We aren’t responsible for packages marked as delivered, please reach out to your local USPS with your tracking number for assistance.
Incorrect Address:
If a package takes a wrong turn due to an incorrect address, we'll gladly re-ship it, but the customer will have to pay the shipping fee.
International Shipping:
Currently, our prints are staying close to home. We don't offer international shipping just yet, but who knows what the future holds!
